The Gene Expression Center provides cost-effective, cutting edge transcriptomic (bulk, single cell & spatial transcriptomic) and large scale genotyping/methylation services to the University of Wisconsin campus as well as colleagues at public and private institutions. Our service options include:

Bulk RNA-seq library preparation, in both short-read (Illumina; Takara) and long-read (PacBio Iso-Seq; Oxford Nanopore) formats
Single cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq library preparation (10X Genomics)
